What are PCOS & PCOD?
Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) and Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD) are hormonal disorders common among women of reproductive age. While often used interchangeably, PCOS is generally considered a more severe metabolic disorder with broader health implications than PCOD. Both conditions involve imbalances in reproductive hormones, leading to issues with ovulation and the development of small cysts on the ovaries.

- Excess Androgen Levels: Leading to symptoms like hirsutism (excess hair growth), acne, and male-paflern baldness.
