My professorship of over 22 years has enabled me to mentor, guide and motivate students and Senior-colleagues (academic & Corporate) across three continents (Asia, Africa and Americas) to achieve their desired goals. I have helped navigate and channelize their energies to achieve their respective goals.

Being an Earth Scientist, Geology teaches how disparate grains come together to form a formidable rock. My subject has enabled me to demonstrate what it means to be down and out, and yet rising from the ashes.

My academic achievements include:

1. Authoring 5 books and 90+ scientific papers
2. Receiving prestigious research and teaching awards
3. Earning two PhDs and a postdoctoral fellowship from renowned institutions in the USA and India

My areas of mentorship include:

1. Academic writing and publishing (journals, theses, books, and technical writings)

 2. Goal-setting and intentionality (helping individuals clarify and achieve their objectives)
