With 12+ years of dedicated experience in the mental health and social development sectors, Preeti is a passionate humanitarian committed to improving community well-being and healthcare across India and the Asia region.

Currently holding key leadership positions, including Head of Department for National Policy and ECOSOC member at Pallium India, Preeti actively contributes to policy amendments and collaborates with the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on critical national programs such as palliative care, prevention of sexual and gender-based violence, and the National Mental Health Program.

As the founder of Avanyas, a counseling and training organization, Preeti has impacted over 100,000 individuals since 2021 through impactful education and training initiatives with universities, government schools, and corporate social responsibility organizations.

Her extensive experience includes leading teams for social reformation, community development, and SGBV-POCSO awareness with esteemed organizations such as UN agencies, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, and various multinational and international bodies, focusing on self-development, peacebuilding, child protection, and gender empowerment.
